Salto for branded select-service.
Branded select-service hotels are the largest US hospitality segment by property count. Franchisee-owned, brand-standard-driven, and cost-conscious. The dominant decision driver in this segment right now is the brand mobile-key mandate: Hilton Honors, Marriott Bonvoy, IHG, and Hyatt have all moved (or are moving) toward required mobile-key support. Properties on legacy Saflok, older keycard, or older VingCard hardware are being pushed to upgrade on a brand-defined timeline. We install across the branded select-service segment with XS4 Original+ as the default base, XS4 One where a door is narrow or design-driven, and XS4 Mini as the lower-cost alternate where brand standards allow.
