What we collect

We collect only what you provide directly: name, email, organization, phone (optional), property details (door count, current lock system, property type, timeline), and the content of messages you submit. We do not buy lists. We do not track you across other sites.

Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) are recorded for security and rate-limiting. Vercel Analytics records aggregate page views without personally identifying you.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiry or quote request
• Maintain your customer relationship if we work together
• Send transactional updates about projects you have engaged us for
• Detect and prevent abuse of the site (rate limiting, anti-spam)

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the site (hosting, email delivery) or to comply with the law.

How long we keep it

Lead submissions are retained for as long as the relationship is active, plus a reasonable period for accounting and compliance. You can request deletion at any time via the email below.
