2. Services

RevKey Systems provides:

• Electronic lock installation services for hospitality, multifamily, and government facilities
• Training and certification programs for lock systems
• Lock equipment sales and distribution
• RMA and warranty management services
• Online ordering and account management through our portal

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed
• Payment terms are net 30 for approved accounts
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

5. Installation Services

• Installation services are scheduled based on mutual availability
• Customer must provide reasonable access to installation sites
• Additional charges may apply for work outside the original scope
• Installation warranties cover workmanship for the period specified in your service agreement

6. Returns and RMA

• RMA requests must be submitted through the customer portal
• Products must be returned in original packaging when possible
• Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions
• Restocking fees may apply to non-defective returns

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RevKey Systems or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevKey Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
