Salto Neo Deadbolt ANSI.

The Neo deadbolt variant. Used in addition to (not instead of) a primary entry lock when a property's existing door specification includes a deadbolt. Common on multifamily unit doors where building codes or insurance requirements specify a separate deadbolt alongside the primary latch lock. Neo deadbolt gives you credential-driven access on the deadbolt without changing the existing deadbolt body.
Where this model fits
- Multifamily unit doors with code-required deadbolts
- Commercial back-of-house doors with deadbolt requirements
- Properties where insurance specifies independent deadbolt operation
Parent product line
Neo Deadbolt ANSI is a configuration of the Neo product line. See the parent line page for the full credential stack, PMS integration list, and brand-standard notes that apply across every Neo configuration.
How this model is configured
Every Salto lock is composed to your doors during scoping: finish, mortise and function type, credential technology (BLE, NFC, RFID, with mag-stripe or PIN fallback where needed), and handing. RevKey confirms each selection at the site survey and configures the final composed part number with you, so the lock that ships matches your door prep and brand standard.
Where Neo Deadbolt ANSI fits, and where it doesn’t
Best for
- Multifamily and office retrofits where door prep cannot change
- Occupied units, historic buildings, and custom millwork (no drilling or prep change)
- Outdoor gates and perimeter doors (IP66 outdoor version)
- Bringing perimeter, amenity, and unit access under one credential
Not ideal for
- Branded hospitality guest doors needing the deepest PMS and mobile-key support (XS4 One)
- New construction where a full electronic lock body is preferred
- Doors where Apple Wallet keying is a hard requirement (firmware-dependent on Neo)
