PIP and mobile-key cycles
Brand property-improvement plans and mobile-key expectations put access control on a deadline. We ship pre-configured to your program so the upgrade lands on time.
Brand mobile-key deadlines, aging keycard hardware, and tight occupancy windows in Denver.
RevKey is a Certified Salto Partner and veteran-owned business that plans and installs Salto in Denver, migrating off Onity, Saflok, and VingCard and meeting your brand's mobile-key standard, floor by floor, without pulling rooms out of inventory.

Older keycard fleets are winding down, with security notices active across the incumbents. Migrating now beats scrambling when parts and service dry up.
We cut over floor by floor on overnight shifts, so Denver rooms stay in inventory through the project.
The local conditions that actually change how a Denver access-control project is scoped and sequenced.
Downtown convention and LoDo properties run at high occupancy around the Colorado Convention Center schedule, which leaves narrow windows for guest-floor work. RevKey sequences installs around the booking calendar and works floor by floor so no block of rooms is taken offline during a citywide, with legacy keycards staying live until each door is cut over.
Denver's mile-high elevation and the higher mountain-corridor builds have a marginal effect on battery life and performance on some early-generation lock hardware. RevKey accounts for this in the migration plan, standardizing on current Salto battery specs and validating door-level power behavior during commissioning rather than assuming legacy runtimes carry over.
When Denver is scoped together with the Aspen, Vail, Breckenridge, and Telluride resort corridor, peak ski season drives occupancy and pushes resort installs into shoulder seasons. RevKey plans the engagement at the state level, staging downtown and airport-corridor work alongside resort cutovers timed to the corridor's seasonal lulls.
Front Range winters bring freeze-thaw cycles and sub-freezing exterior temperatures that stress perimeter doors, weatherstripping, and outdoor-mounted readers more than the climate-controlled guest interior. RevKey specifies cold-rated exterior hardware and verifies seals and door alignment on entrances and amenity buildings so access control holds up through the season.
Legacy keycard hardware in select-service, Saflok MT in urban properties, Salto in newer LoDo and mountain-resort builds.
Each migration page covers your options, timeline ranges, and scoping considerations.
The same disciplined sequence on every property, scaled to your door count.
We walk the property (or review your survey worksheet), confirm door prep and brand requirements, and identify what each opening needs. No guesswork before the quote.
A real scoped quote: hardware, credential plan, PMS integration, and a phased schedule built around your occupancy, not a placeholder estimate.
Floor-by-floor cutover on overnight shifts coordinated with housekeeping, so rooms stay sellable. No property-wide shutdown.
PMS integration and brand mobile keys configured and tested before guests touch them, so the front desk is live on day one.
Front-desk training and a fixed post-install support window so the team is confident before we hand off.
We spec the right line per door type. Open any for full specs and use cases.
Yes. We run a phased, floor-by-floor migration with the existing keycard system live until each door is commissioned, so no block of rooms goes offline. For convention-heavy LoDo and downtown properties we sequence the work around your booking calendar and citywide dates to avoid touching occupied inventory.
We migrate off Saflok and other legacy keycard platforms such as Onity, VingCard, and dormakaba door by door, removing the old lock and installing and configuring Salto in the same opening. Guest, staff, and credential data is carried into the Salto system, and we train your front desk and engineering teams before the changeover so day-one operations are not disrupted.
Timelines depend on door count and property type rather than location. A boutique or branded select-service property typically falls in a shorter band, while a large urban convention property or a multi-property mountain-corridor engagement runs longer and is staged in phases. We confirm the range after scoping your doors, perimeter openings, and integration points.
Yes. Salto supports mobile credentials, so guests can use a phone-based key alongside or in place of cards, which fits brand mobile-key programs. We configure mobile access during commissioning and confirm it works against your property management system and brand requirements before go-live.
